Micah Shrum

Micah Shrum joined MDT in July 2026 as a Client Associate, supporting the advisory team with account servicing and day-to-day client requests. Before joining MDT, he spent time in high-volume hospitality, where he developed strong interpersonal and client service skills. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Houston–Clear Lake while working full-time. Micah shares MDT's belief in making the complex simple and always putting clients first. Outside the office, he enjoys working out, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
